Rotary Type Rinser

Sung Kwang Rotary Rinser is used to Rinse the one-way Pet & Class bottle. Pet & Glass bottles are stably gripped by the neck. The bottle id rinsed after the nozzle enters into the bottle to enhance Rinsing ability. Minimal water consumption is achieved by adopting no-bottle no Rinsing system, reduces running cost by minimizing utility consumption.

Bottle Rinser

This type of machine in suitable to Rinse and sterilize new Glass Pet or PVC bottles. Also it is particularly indicated to blow sterile air inside the containers(bottles or japs) to ensure the required cleaning with using liquid products.

Gripper

Bottle stability is ensured by the gripping heads and turing guides. Each gripper has 2 fingers fitted with hard rubber pads which is similar to the exact shape bottle neck to grip the neck of bottle very firmly.
